Fresh New Wines for Spring @ The Wine Tasting Shop!

New in the shop this week!

Three fresh Sancerre wines by Paul Prieur & Fils.

20 hectares of Pinot Noir(5 ha) and Sauvignon Blanc(15 ha), from which winemaker, Didier Prieur, makes an elegant mineral Sancerre Blanc, a fresh dry Rosé of 100% Pinot Noir, and a Rouge with super fine tannin and refreshing cherry fruit - perfect lightly chilled for a Spring picnic!

Soils are mostly limestone, known as "terres blanches", and vines average 35 years old.

Sustainable vineyard practices, and wines of balance, verve, and freshness!

Our first Christmas is VERY MERRY indeed!

Just a quick post as we are, like Santa's elves, ensconced in the hustle and bustle of Christmas preparations! We bet you feel the same.

Many of you have been popping round the shop for nice bottles of wine as last minute gifts, and with our special range Christmas wines, it's easy to pick the right gift at the right price.

Not to mention, the cases of Christmas dinner-matching wines that have marching out the door like tin soldiers! We're always here to help you choose the perfect wine to match your meal, and Christmas is no exception.

The Holidays are upon us, and in all the hustle and bustle of Christmas, we thought we'd make your wine purchase as smooth as our new top Burgundy.

You may already know which of our amazing wines you'd like to accompany your Turkey or to add some Champagne effervescence to your pre-meal mingle. Now you can pre-order your wines, to make the process even easier!

Send an email to devon@thewinetastingshop.co.uk listing the wines and the time you'd like to pick up, and we will have them priced, wrapped, and ready to go!
